Job Title: Teller - Drive Thru
Job Grade: 4
Hours: FT Monday 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM; Friday 8:45 AM - 6:15 PM; Saturday Rotation
Pay Status: Non-exempt
Location: Lumpkin Rd. Branch
Reports to: Branch Manager
Effective Date: Immediately

The general duties include:

Process members' transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash checks, etc. accurately
Recommend & cross-sell products & services based on members needs

The qualifications REQUIRED are:

Professional appearance & attitude
6 months of similar or related experience
Skills in the use of a PC, calculator, fax machine, copier & other standard business machines
Excellent telephone etiquette, courtesy, tact, & diplomacy
High school diploma or equivalent job experience
Strong math, written & verbal skills

The qualifications PREFERRED are:

Proficient in MS Excel & Word
1 year of similar or related experience

Work Environment/Physical Activities:

Must be able to stand or sit for extended lengths of time
Must be able to move from front counter to drive thru to assist members
Must be able to occasionally relocate up to 15 pounds
May be exposed to mild to moderate levels of stress
Must be able to read small print & color
Attention to detail is required
